I ordered 5 citizens on January 16, 2021 at 1:50 p.m. but everything was served with a whole vinous sauce as standard and very dry so it didn't taste good. If standard was done tasted good.

An employee packed the food in the bags without gloves and in the meantime pushed down the face mask and with or shall we say without gloves reached into the fries and then ate them. At that time, I think it's a massive hygienic problem. Nowadays, however, in general, you shouldn't allow yourself something like that, I also don't understand that many colleagues standing around have not pointed it out, so it seems to be normal in this company on Mainzer Landstrasse in Frankfurt!

During the 20 minutes waiting time, no employees could be seen or heard over the intercom. When the branch is closed, the light also turns off, several cars have driven into the drive-in and waited for free because it is closed or the employees do not want to work.

They forgot my child's desert in the happy meal and the bag of apple pieces for my other child was off. Not good at all when you notice 10miles down the road that something's missing or not edible... ? Quite disappointed. We expected better standard from a german McD.
